My question involves guardianship in the State of: GA.
If i adopt my stepson (wife's Bio son) will i be responsible for back child support my wife owes to the Bio father. He has custody now and volunteering the adoption, but i'm hesitant because he has done sneaky things in the past. I am expecting a settlement soon so i believe he is after it.
